Frank J. Pustorino represents domestic and international fund sponsors across asset classes.  He focuses on private investment funds, including venture capital, growth equity, secondary, lower middle market private equity, buyout, and credit funds. He advises clients on structuring, fundraising, ongoing operations and administration, portfolio transactions, upper-tier management arrangements, and regulatory compliance. Frank also represents institutional investors in connection with their participation in different private investment vehicles.

  • LFM Capital Partners III, a $307 million private equity fund focused on the manufacturing and industrial sector.
  • Represented New Energy Capital Partners in its management company sale to Victory Capital Management.
  • TLV Partners IV and TLV Partners Opportunity II, a $320 million venture fundraise focused on early-stage Israeli tech startups.
  • S Capital VC as it raised $165 million for its third flagship fund and second opportunity fund.
  • Asymmetric Capital Partners on the formation of its oversubscribed $105 million debut fund.
