Peter Ernst
Peter Ernst represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
During law school, Peter served as a summer law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of Policy Planning. Before law school, he worked at Cornell Pharmaceutical Advertising and Databases Lab and Bank of America, Merrill Lynch.
