Choate Attorneys Speaking at 2025 YPOG PE Legal Conference in Berlin

Kim Kaplan-Gross, Olivier Léger, and Dan Riley will be speaking at the YPOG Private Equity (PE) Legal Conference in Berlin, Germany on June 4, 2025. The conference features international legal and tax experts offering their perspectives on the current state of the private equity market.  

Kim will serve as moderator and Olivier will be a panelist in the session "Diamonds are Forever: Exploring Evergreen Private Equity Fund Structures" at 3:00 p.m., and Dan will be a panelist in the session "Platform Transactions and Add-On Acquisitions in PE and VC: Enhancing Growth Strategies through Strategic Integration and Market Expansion" at 1:45 p.m.
