Choate Represents Citizens Bank in Yellow Corp.’s Bankruptcy

Choate represented Citizens Bank in connection with the bankruptcy proceeding of Yellow Corp. On Sunday, August 6, 2023 U.S. trucking firm Yellow Corp. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in federal bankruptcy court in Delaware. In connection with the filing, Choate helped guide Citizens Bank in its capacity as Agent of a $450M revolving credit facility through the initial filing of the case. Yellow Corp. was the third-largest small-freight-trucking company in the “less than truckload” segment of the shipping market.
