Adam Bookbinder will speak on “Health Care Enforcement: DOJ’s FCA Focus Areas” during the Boston Bar Association’s White-Collar Crime Conference on Wednesday, January 21 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. The program will feature two panels examining the enforcement landscape as we head into 2026. The first panel will focus on securities fraud, and the second will address healthcare fraud. The conference will bring together practitioners from all sides of the courtroom and conference room to discuss what to expect in the coming year. Topics will include the SEC’s priorities under the current administration, DOJ’s focus areas in healthcare enforcement, the impact of key court decisions, state enforcement trends, and how practice may differ under the Trump/Bondi DOJ compared to prior administrations.
