Becca Glikman Weil represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as privately-owned businesses in mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions. She also assists clients with general corporate governance matters. Becca has experience working in a variety of industries, including software, consumer products, professional services and wealth management. Becca is a former intern for the Hon. Charles E. Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court.
