Justin Desjardins represents banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of complex financial transactions, and has experience working with clients across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Choate, Justin held several roles in the financial industry. He worked as a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Trading and Markets, a financial services strategy and transformation consultant for Sia Partners, and a financial analyst intern for Santander Bank.
