Nancy Braman litigates high-stakes patent infringement and intellectual property disputes for life sciences and technology companies across the United States. She also has experience advising clients on patent procurement and licensing strategies for complex life science technologies, including antibody platforms, pharmaceuticals, biologics, CRISPR/Cas systems, therapeutic delivery mechanisms, and medical devices.

Before joining Choate, Nancy practiced as an attorney and patent agent at a global law firm. She also wrote extensively as an IP journalist for the largest online intellectual property publication in the world, through whom she continues to cultivate meaningful client and professional relationships across the United States.
