Shavonne Farrell represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions. During law school, Shavonne was a law clerk in the General Counsel Office of ION Clean Energy. Prior to law school, she was a research assistant in the Political Science Department at Boston College.
