Suzanne K. McDonald is a seasoned human resources executive with nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience in human resources strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation. With a focus on cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture that aligns with long-term business goals, Suzanne oversees the Choate’s talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI, and leadership development while partnering with executive leadership to drive firm-wide initiatives that support growth, innovation, and employee well-being. Prior to joining Choate in 2019, Suzanne worked with one of Boston’s oldest asset management firms. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College.
