Victoria Cormack represents banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of complex financial transactions, and has experience working with clients across a variety of industries. During law school, Victoria served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Eric Komitee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and also worked as an intern for Brown & Brown Insurance’s Private Equity, Family Office and M&A team. Additionally, she served as a research assistant for Professor Michael Ohlrogge. Prior to law school, she worked as an account manager for EF Education First.
