Yani Ngo is a member of the Government Enforcement & Compliance and Business & Financial Litigation groups. She represents companies and high-level executives involved in government and internal investigations and complex litigations involving the False Claims Act, securities fraud, and other civil and criminal matters. She also supports clients with enforcement risk evaluations and compliance assessments. During law school, Yani served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise J. Casper at the United States District Court of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Yani worked at an international law firm in the commercial litigation department.
