Katherine Quezada works with clients in Choate’s Litigation Department. She represents a variety of clients in investigations, commercial disputes, and intellectual property matters, including patent litigation. While in law school, Katherine served as a Student Attorney in the Access to Justice Clinic where she successfully represented several clients in civil litigation disputes and conducted an award winning study on the impact of a neutral legal curriculum on law students. She was also Co-President of First Generation Professionals, and was on the Board of Women of Color Collaborative. Prior to law school, Katherine worked as a paralegal for several agencies and organizations, including the New York County District Attorney’s Office and Sanctuary for Families. Advise and represent universities and education nonprofit in relation to third-party subpoenas in an ongoing federal antitrust suit. Represent insurer in arbitration concerning complex coverage dispute.
