David Olio represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financings, and other complex transactions. David also assists growth equity and venture capital investors in a variety of transactions.
Additionally, David regularly assists clients in a pro bono capacity, with specific focus on CORI sealing matters.

- UWill, Inc. in a $30 million Series A investment made by Education Growth Partners.
- Enhanced Healthcare Partners, LP in its Series B investment in Janus Health Technologies, Inc., a healthcare revenue cycle software-as-a-service company.
- Calero-MDSL, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners and Oak Hill Capital, in its acquisition of Network Management & Control Corporation.
- Summit Partners in its $44 million Series A investment in Foxen, a market leader in financial technology solutions for the real estate industry.
- Copley Equity Partners as lead investor in a growth equity investment in The Roof Depot.
- Jrni Ltd. in its sale to Akmazo Capital.
- Sunstone Partners, and its portfolio company Meeting Play LLC, in the combination of Meeting Play and Aventri, LLC, as well as the subsequent acquisition of eventcore, LLC, a comprehensive event registration technology platform.
