Choate hosted the first annual Life Sciences Compliance and Enforcement Symposium on Thursday, September 25, where more than 60 people attended a half-day program of panel discussions followed by a cocktail reception. The symposium covered timely, engaging topics for leaders in the life sciences and compliance industry. Throughout the day and into the evening, attendees and speakers had insightful discussions about today’s most pressing compliance and enforcement challenges in life sciences. Topics ranged from whistleblower activity and patient-centric compliance to the evolving roles of field teams and the broader impact of the federal enforcement priorities – offering attendees practical takeaways grounded in current legal and regulatory realities. Panelists included representatives from state government, in-house legal and compliance departments, and private practice.
