Choate represented Serent Capital and its portfolio company, ePayPolicy, in an investment from LLR Partners. ePayPolicy is a US-based provider of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and integrated payment solutions for the insurance industry. Its suite of AR and AP automation products and payment processing solutions serve agencies, brokers, MGAs, wholesalers, premium finance companies, and carriers. The investment will help further product innovation, bolster sales and customer support, and continue organizational buildout to better serve the company's growing customer base. Serent Capital originally invested in ePayPolicy in 2019 and will remain an active partner and investor.
