Represented Copley Equity Partners as lead investor in a growth equity investment in The Roof Depot, a provider of roofing, siding, and gutter services for commercial and residential properties across the eastern and southern US. Represented Copley Equity Partners as lead investor in the Series A Financing Round of Cartessa Aesthetics, LLC, a distributor of aesthetic medical devices to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic physicians, and medical spas throughout the United States and Canada. Represented BV Investment Partners, L.P. in connection with its acquisition of Marlabs LLC, an end-to-end IT services provider that enables its customers to build and manage IT applications and infrastructure.
