David M. Olio

David Olio represents private equity, growth equity and venture capital investors, as well as early and growth-stage companies, in a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financings, and other complex transactions. He regularly advises company side clients, providing general corporate support on a day-to-day basis, with particular emphasis on the structuring and execution of equity financings. David’s exposure to transactions at multiple inflection points across the corporate lifecycle makes him a versatile advisor, capable of guiding clients from incorporation and early-stage financings through growth stage investment rounds and later stage liquidity and strategic transactions.

Additionally, David regularly assists clients in a pro-bono capacity, with specific focus on CORI sealing matters.
