PNC Bank, National Association as the Administrative Agent for a DIP Financing arrangement totaling $550 million provided to Big Lots, Inc. and its subsidiaries in its Chapter 11 case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Eclipse Business Capital LLC as agent in a $100 million asset-based credit facility to Kent Outdoors, an industry-leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment.
