Choate represented the initial purchasers in connection with a private placement offering of First Mortgage Bonds, 5.02% Series Y due 2031 and 5.55% Series Z due 2035 by Yankee Gas Services Company, doing business as Eversource Energy, in the aggregate principal amount of $185M. Choate serves as designated purchasers' counsel for Yankee Gas Service Company.
