Choate represented Bank of America as agent in connection with an $800M senior secured credit facility to Floor & Decor Outlets of America, together with its affiliated borrowers and guarantors. Floor & Decor is a leading specialty retailer of hard-surface flooring and related accessories, operating warehouse-format stores across the United States. The financing consists of $800M of senior secured revolving loans, together with a $200M revolving incremental accordion feature, and is supported by first-lien security interests in substantially all assets of the loan parties. Proceeds of the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and to provide ongoing working capital and general corporate financing.
