He has extensive experience advising parties involved in complex distressed situations and has worked with lenders, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, agents, trustees and equity holders with interests across a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, food and beverages, energy and exploration, and entertainment. Luke also has experience representing clients in chapter 11 cases through the drafting and filing of key pleadings and in-court appearances.
