TrueBridge Capital Partners Raises $600M for Sixth Venture Capital Fund-of-Funds

Choate represented TrueBridge Capital Partners as it raised $600 million for its sixth venture capital fund-of-funds. TrueBridge invests in venture and seed/micro-VC funds focused mainly on early-stage IT, as well as directly in venture and growth-stage technology companies. The fundraise received strong support from new and existing limited partners worldwide, including foundations and endowments, pension funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
